Fit it around
how you work.
We’ll look at how you assess enquiries, arrange site visits and prepare quotes. Then we agree how the website and CRM fit around your team and existing job software.
Job management integrationsCan customers request a site visit?
Yes. We can collect the job details first, then let the customer request a site visit or choose from agreed appointment times. You set the areas, visit length and availability. A site visit is for assessing the work; the scope, price and job date are agreed separately.
Can we follow up seasonal or maintenance work?
Yes, if that is work you offer. We agree which customers to contact, when a reminder is useful and how to handle replies and opt-outs. Quote follow-ups use the status recorded in the CRM, so accepted or declined quotes need to be kept up to date.
Can I keep my current job management software?
Yes. Your existing software can stay in place for estimates, crew schedules, job records and invoicing. Tradieboost handles your website, marketing and agreed enquiry follow-up. If you want information passed between them, we check compatibility and scope a separate Job Management Integration.
Which plan do I need?
Every part of the Tradieboost System is available at every level. We agree what to switch on for your business; your level follows your monthly ad budget. Advertising spend is separate from our fee and paid directly to the platforms. The pricing page shows the current plans, setup costs and inclusions.
