Information we collect

We collect the details you choose to give us by email, through our booking calendar or while working with us. These may include your name, business, email address, phone number, appointment details and messages.

Our hosting, booking, analytics and advertising providers may also receive technical information, such as your IP address, browser, device and pages visited. This information is not necessarily anonymous.

How we use and share it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, arrange appointments, provide agreed services, keep business records, understand website use, measure our marketing and operate and protect our website.

We share relevant information with the providers and authorised people who help us do that, or where required by law. We do not sell your personal information. Google's and Meta's policies explain how they handle the website activity they receive.

If you receive marketing from us, you can opt out using the unsubscribe option or by emailing us.

Bookings and cookies

Our Contact page includes a GoHighLevel / LeadConnector booking calendar. It processes the details you submit on our behalf and may receive technical information or use cookies when the calendar loads.

We use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, managed through Google Tag Manager, to understand website visits and measure our marketing. These services can use cookies and receive information about your device and activity on our website.

The embedded calendar may use its own cookies and similar technologies. You can limit cookies in your browser and review Google's and Meta's privacy settings. Blocking cookies or scripts may affect the calendar and other website features.

Providers and overseas handling

We use Cloudflare for website hosting and security, GoHighLevel / LeadConnector for bookings and contact management, Mailgun for booking emails, Google Workspace for email and calendars, Zoom for video appointments, and Google and Meta for website measurement and marketing. Authorised team members or contractors may also handle information needed to support your enquiry or service.

Some providers process information outside Australia. HighLevel lists US data storage and support operations in India among its providers. See its current provider list for locations and roles.

Keeping your information

We take reasonable steps to protect information held in our business systems and service-provider accounts. No internet service can guarantee complete security.

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, including legal and record-keeping obligations. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Access, corrections and deletion

Email us to request access to your personal information, correct a detail or ask us to delete it. We may need to verify your identity. If we cannot fulfil a request, including where records must be retained, we will explain why.

If your details are held by a trade business using a system we support, contact that business first. It decides how your customer information is used; we can help it handle your request where needed.
