Before you get started.
Plans, setup, costs and what to expect when we’re working together.
Choosing a plan
What’s included and where to start.
What is the Tradieboost System?
Your website, CRM, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and reporting, managed together. Every part is available at every level. We agree which parts to use and the work involved before you start.
How is my level worked out?
By your monthly advertising budget across Google and Meta. Up to $1,000 a month, or no ads yet, is Level 1. More than $1,000 and up to $5,000 is Level 2. Over $5,000 is Level 3. You can start with the website and CRM and switch ads on when you’re ready.
How much does it cost?
Level 1 is $997 a month and Level 2 is $1,997 a month, each with a one-off $1,500 setup. Level 3 setup and monthly fees are scoped with you. All fees are in Australian dollars, ex-GST. Advertising spend is separate.
Can I get just a website?
Yes. A website with ongoing care is available if you don’t need the CRM or marketing management. We agree the build, ongoing care and price with you separately.
Can I add AI Voice or a job management integration?
Yes. Both are optional additions for Tradieboost clients, scoped and priced separately. We check the calls or workflow you want handled, supported connections and any setup, ongoing or usage costs before proceeding.
Do you guarantee leads or search rankings?
No. We agree the work and measures, review the available results and recommend what to change. Enquiries and rankings depend on your market, budget, competition and other factors we can’t control.
Getting started
Your website, your team and the tools you already use.
Who will I work with?
Joel Warren in Wollongong is your point of contact. Sam works on design and Genesis handles website and technical setup.
What do you need from me?
Your services, service area and the work you want more of, plus your logo, useful job photos and access to the relevant accounts. We also talk through how you handle enquiries. We agree the content and setup with you, then show your team how to use the CRM.
How long does setup take?
Allow around four to six weeks as a planning guide. We confirm the schedule after reviewing the scope and what’s ready. Content, photos, account access and approvals affect timing. The website and CRM come first, with SEO and any ads introduced as agreed.
Can I keep my existing website and domain?
We review the website before recommending whether to keep it, update it or rebuild. You can keep your domain. We check hosting and email arrangements and agree any changes before making the switch.
Do I need to change my job management software?
No. Quotes, scheduling, job records and invoices can stay in your existing software. The CRM handles connected enquiries, conversations and follow-ups. If a connection between the two would help, we confirm what’s supported and scope the integration separately.
Costs and ownership
Billing, ongoing work and what you keep.
Are there costs outside the monthly fee?
Advertising spend is separate and paid directly to Google and Meta through accounts in your name. Any SMS, phone, third-party or other usage charges, and optional additions, are explained and agreed before they’re added.
When do I pay?
The setup fee and first month are paid when you accept the proposal, and work starts. Your next monthly payment is on the following 1st, then on the 1st of each month. Billing starts at acceptance, rather than when the website launches. Your proposal confirms the amounts and dates.
What happens if my ad budget changes?
If your spend sits in a different band for two consecutive months, we review your level with you. It doesn’t change without a conversation.
How will I know what’s working?
Level 1 includes a monthly summary; Level 2 includes a monthly review call. Level 3 reporting and reviews are scoped with you. We cover the agreed measures, what the available data shows and a recommended next step. Connecting job revenue and return on ad spend depends on suitable job data and a separately scoped integration.
Is there a lock-in contract?
Monthly services are month-to-month, with 30 days’ written notice to cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month in which your notice period ends. The final month is charged in full, without pro-rating, and services continue through that date. Setup fees cover the work to get you started and are non-refundable once that work begins, except where a refund is required by law. Your written agreement sets out the details.
What do I keep if I leave?
Your Google and Meta advertising accounts remain yours. We provide static website files and an export of your CRM contacts and pipeline. Ongoing hosting, CRM access and connected services need to be arranged separately after our service ends; the file and data handover doesn’t transfer the hosted CRM software.
