Terms & conditions

What we agree to deliver, how billing works and what happens if you leave.

Tradieboost is operated by Skyrocket Marketing Pty Ltd (ABN 96 631 083 773), based in Wollongong, NSW. These terms apply with the written proposal you accept, which records your services, fees, timing and any specifically agreed variations.

The work we agree to do

The Tradieboost System covers your website, CRM, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and reporting. Every part is available at every level; your proposal sets out which parts we will use, the work included and the reporting schedule. See current plans and pricing.

Website-only work, AI Voice Receptionist and Job Management Integration have their own agreed scope and price. AI Voice and integrations are optional additions for Tradieboost clients.

Extra work, such as a major redesign, custom integration or additional automation, is quoted and agreed before we start. It is not added to your bill without approval.

Fees and billing

  • At acceptance: you pay the setup fee and first monthly fee together, and work starts. Billing starts at acceptance, rather than website launch.
  • Ongoing: the next monthly payment is due on the following 1st, then on the 1st of each month. The first month is charged in full, without pro-rating.
  • Advertising: ad spend is separate and paid directly to Google or Meta through accounts in your name.
  • Other costs: any SMS, phone, software or other usage charges are explained and agreed before they are added.

Fees are in Australian dollars and exclude GST; GST is added to your invoice. Your proposal confirms the amounts, payment dates and payment arrangements.

Setup fees cover the work to get you started. If you change your mind after setup work begins, the setup fee is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.

Changes to your plan

Your level is based on the agreed monthly advertising budget across Google and Meta. If your spend sits in a different band for two consecutive months, we review the level with you. Any change to scope or fees is agreed in writing before it takes effect.

Cancellation

Monthly services are month-to-month. To cancel, give 30 days’ written notice by emailing joel@tradieboost.au.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the calendar month in which your 30-day notice period ends. The final monthly fee is charged in full, without pro-rating. Services, hosting and platform access continue until that month-end date, then end unless we agree otherwise.

We confirm your service end date, final charges and handover arrangements in writing.

This notice requirement does not limit any right to cancel or receive a remedy under applicable law.

What you keep when you leave

  • Your ad accounts: Google and Meta accounts remain in your name. Our management access can be removed when the service ends.
  • Your website: we provide static website files that you can arrange to host elsewhere.
  • Your CRM records: we provide a CSV export of your contacts and pipeline, with the handover arranged before platform access ends.

You retain ownership of the content you supply. Our reusable systems and templates remain ours; the website handover allows you to continue using the supplied website. Third-party software and assets remain subject to their licences.

The handover does not transfer the hosted CRM software or keep connected features running. You will need separate hosting, CRM and other services after ours end. Any migration or reconnection work is agreed separately.

Working together

You provide accurate business details, content you have permission to use, relevant account access and timely approvals. We agree the delivery schedule with you; missing information or approvals can affect that schedule.

You are responsible for lawful use of your contact lists and communications, including consent and unsubscribe requirements. The CRM and other connected services also have their own acceptable-use rules.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address spam, unlawful activity or a security risk. Where practicable, we will explain the issue and give you a chance to resolve it. Urgent action may be needed to protect accounts or others.

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.

Service standards and your rights

We will provide the agreed services with reasonable care and skill. We do not promise a particular number of leads, search ranking or revenue result. Third-party platforms can experience outages or change their features, which may affect delivery.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies. Contact us if there is a problem with the service so we can work through it with you.

Updates and governing law

We will give at least 14 days’ email notice of proposed material changes to these terms. Changes to an existing agreement must be agreed in writing; publishing an updated page does not itself change your accepted agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.

Questions about your agreement?

Email Joel if you want to clarify the scope, a charge or your handover arrangements.
